Quality: yeah havent had problems yet. Value: it is the best guitar that you can buy for under $500 Desirability: its perfect. Sound: it has a nice clean but blues sound to it. Support: dont know but there in koria so i bet it aint good. since i speak english. Overall: it should last me for 20 years or more.
