Quality: Seems sturdy but I'm driving it so hard it may not last. Value: Average for the price Desirability: Looks ok. A black face amp section like the 3500 would be nicer Sound: Great sounding amp but very quiet for a 250watt combo. Much quieter than the GK400RB (180watt) rig I had used prior to the Hartke. Don't expect this to be any louder than a 100watt combo. Has great low end. I think they sacrificed driver efficiency for huge bottom end. Support: Hartke has been very good at answering questions. Overall: Great sound but very quiet compared to what you'd expect from a 250watt.
