Product Reviews for Fender Passport P250 Portable Sound System
Feature: The EQ is just loopy, and the reverb...I regret getting talked into buying this, but the sales lady was cute.
Quality: Well, it is a Fender, and I'm a Fender kinda guy (Strat and Jazz, 1980 Concert amp, etc.), but on the other hand, they must have let interns design this thing.
Value: I suppose it was a decent value for the loot, and it did work pretty well for the joint that I bought it for, but I really wish that I would have used the $$ for a down payment on something a little more serious.
Desirability: This thing has about as much sex appeal as a tennis racket. If I have to say "it's a PA" one more time! lol
Sound: Works far better as a practice amp with my pod plugged into it. Just doesn't compare to other brand PAs, tho.
Ease of Use: Don't need the manual, but even so, it's a crapshoot.
Overall: Look, this thing may work well for many of you, but I shoulda never listened to the "matchmaker," who musta got an extra commission. lol. Will be relacing it in the next few weeks. Looking at mid-priced Mackies and Yamahas.
