Quality: ive send my ace frehley to the best luthier in town and the guitar has no problem of any kind no adjustment need. Value: yes without a doubt!!!! Desirability: everybody who saw my guitar in my family the first reaction there had is wowww gorgeous even if they were not familiar with guitars!!!! Sound: i aslo own the gibson custom shop since 2 weeks and i can barely notice about the sound except the price!!!! Support: dont know ive never had to deal with epiphone... Overall: i bought my epiphone at a time that i didnt have money.but now since 2 weeks i also own the gibson ace frehley custom shop and i will not sell my epiphone.
