Sound: Great power to weight ratio. Great features. Good DI, with option of pre or post eq. Believable tube-like O.D.and tweakable to taste. Sounds great when stacked with matching 10. As loud as many lesser 410s. Ease of Use: usable tone shaping. Graphic EQs are cheesey. Which is why I like the Eden. The voicing is very much set and forget. Support: web site has forum.
