Hated the slippery and inaccurate factory fader caps, so I switched them all to nice P+G's. Now it's all good. Sound: n/a Support: n/a Overall: There are some shortcomings, like the fact that one can't dial in a send or a plug-in right from the console...only to modify but not initiate.....but for what it CAN do it is a great tool and useful interface for any Pro Tools mixing environment.
