Quality: Solid construction. Looks durable. Value: I think this is a very, very good value. The price is excellent for what you get. Desirability: The only lower rating... the yellow color kind of jumps out, but it's starting to grow on my. These are very well made, good priced work horse pedals. I'm happy BBE went for sound quality over pure looks. Sound: I've been looking for a good compression unit for use in live playing with my Taylor 710 CE. I'm more an analog kinda guy recently selling a digital compressor for this one. It gives a real nice sound with the taylor... I'd even say tasty. Easy to use. Ease of Use: As I said before, very intuitive and easy to get the right sound for you. Support: Have not had any dealings with the company. So I chose a middle of the pack rating. Overall: If lost or stolen, this would be an absolute "for sure" purchase. It is now a permanent part of my performance rig.
