Product Reviews for Alesis MultiMix 12USB Mixer with USB Audio Feature: i like the effects, they have quite a bit of range, i've been using different mic placements with the effects and have gotten a fairly descent result. Quality: i've thrown it around a fair bit and it's holding up pretty strong i've only had it for a little while but i think it should last for a couple more years. Desirability: meh, i've seen sexier, basically it's like a cold turkey sandwich without lettice and a little bit to much mayo, nothin special, but you'll still eat it if your hungry. Sound: The sound wasn't bad but that was only when i went straight into my sound card, the usb puts out a constant hum when i hit record, mind you i was using cool edit pro 2 instead of cubase, and im just waiting for a new computer to come in before i load cubase on so that might be the reason, but still not the greatest sound. i got a really nice warm guitar sound pluggin straight into the mixer and with a mackie 14 band eq in front of the mixer. but other than that it wasn't the greatest. Ease of Use: you have to play around a fair bit to find a really good sound but when you find it's well worth the time. Support: haven't really deal alesis at all, can't really say anything about it.
